About Us
Work We Put Our Name On.
A family-run decorative concrete company working across Northern California — built around thorough preparation, careful craftsmanship, and being straight with people about what their concrete actually needs.

Our Story
Built on Purpose.
USA Decorative Concrete Coatings was built around a straightforward idea: decorative concrete is only as good as the preparation underneath it. Most coating failures are not product failures — they are preparation failures, and they are invisible until the day the floor starts to lift.
So the work is organized around the parts nobody photographs. Slabs are opened with diamond tooling. Cracks and spalls are cut out and filled. Moisture is tested where conditions call for it. Only then does anything decorative go down.
The other half is communication. You should know what is happening in your space, why it is being done that way, and what it will look like when the crew leaves. We would rather explain a longer timeline honestly than promise a shorter one and miss it.

Ownership
Meet the Owner.

Cesar Chavez
Owner
Hands-on, on every job. Cesar leads installations personally — grinding, prepping and finishing alongside the crew rather than directing from the truck.
His standard is straightforward: the finished floor has to be something the company is willing to put its name on. That means the slab is prepared properly before anything decorative goes down, edges and transitions get the same attention as the open field, and no stage is rushed to close out a day. If a surface is not right, it gets made right.
Operations
Meet the Operations Coordinator.

Julia Chavez
Operations Coordinator
Organized by detail. Driven by purpose. Julia keeps every project moving through clear communication, dependable scheduling and thoughtful coordination.
She supports day-to-day operations — client communication, project timelines, logistics and administrative workflow — so each job stays on track from first contact through final inspection. It is the reason you know who is arriving, when, and what is happening in your space at each stage.
How We Work
The Standard Is Set Before the Color.
Most of what makes a floor last is finished before anyone sees it. These are the habits the work is organized around.
Preparation First
Mechanical diamond grinding, crack and spall repair, and full surface cleaning happen before any color is opened. It is the least visible stage and the one that decides how long the floor lasts.
Craftsmanship
Edges, transitions, corners and thresholds are finished to the same standard as the middle of the room — the areas people actually run their hand along.
Communication
You hear what the concrete needs, what it will cost and how long it will take, in plain language and before work starts. Changes get raised as they come up, not at the end.
Cleanliness
Grinding is run with vacuum extraction and containment. Your space is protected during the work and left clean when the crew leaves.
Attention to Detail
Coverage, sheen and finish are walked and checked before a project is called complete — with you, not on your behalf.
What We Stand On
Company Values.
Built to Last
Systems specified and installed for durability first, so the surface still performs years after it stops being new.
Crafted With Pride
Every project is finished to a standard the company is willing to attach its name to, without exception.
Honest Communication
Clear scope, realistic scheduling and straight answers — including when the answer is not the easy one.
Attention to Detail
The edges, transitions and finish quality that separate a professional installation from a coated floor.
